My experience with Lindsay was marvelous. She was thoroughly prepared for each meeting, whether it was a brainstorming session or the final review of selected properties. Lindsay presented an excellent list of comps to evaluate market value.

She also negotiated pricing with other agents. One of the properties required her input for the lender. Lindsay established and compiled specific information on similar near-by properties. Lindsay met the bankers with me, presented her analysis of surrounding properties, established a cost per square foot of what other properties were listed and sold at and was able to establish an accurate time frame to raise a house and construct a new one.
